The cover screen lasts longer because it is smaller and uses less power. The main screen is big and bright — it drains faster, especially at 120Hz.
Why Replace Both Batteries?
The Z Fold 3 has a design problem: the two batteries are connected and must drain together. If you replace only one, the old battery drags the new one down. You will get error messages, uneven drain, or sudden shutdowns.

Professional installation strongly recommended. The Z Fold 3 is not a DIY phone. The screen is fragile and the adhesive is precision-fit. A bad repair can ruin the fold mechanism.
